Taco Bell has opened a new location in Vista, California. The store is part of Diversified Restaurant group, one of the largest Taco Bell franchises.

Wetzel’s Pretzels has opened the chain’s 400th location, on celebrated Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles, in front of the TCL Chinese Theater on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Grand opening will take place Feb. 13 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony featuring the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and a parade performance down Hollywood Blvd. led by the LA Marching Band.

Whataburger has opened its latest location in Las Vegas just in time for the Super Bowl. Adjoining the Waldorf Astoria Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip, the new 24/7 restaurant is two stories tall and co-located with Parry's Pizzeria & Taphouse.

Baja Fresh has launched its new Tres Quesadillas, consisting of three varieties of the classic cheese and tortilla dish. available until April 22. The Stuffed Queso contains jack and cheddar cheese with fire-grilled steak, roasted veggies and queso. The Southwest has jack and cheddar cheese with fire-grilled chicken, roasted veggies, roasted yellow corn and black beans in a flour tortilla. Lastly, the Diablo contains jack cheese with choice of fire-grilled chicken or steak, roasted veggies and diablo sauce in a flour tortilla served with an extra side of Diablo sauce.

Church’s Texas Chicken has just added multiple fish and shrimp menu items for February. The Wild-caught Pacific Pollock Fish Filet is coated in the chain’s signature seasoned panko breading. A Fish Sandwich features a white fish filet on a honey-buttered brioche bun with tartar sauce. The Classic Shrimp, marinated in seasoning and coated with a Southern breading, is available as a Six-Piece Classic Shrimp meal including a Honey-Butter Biscuit. The Lemon Cheesecake Fried Pie is also back on the menu.

Ono Hawaiian BBQ has announced a limited time offer for the duration of Lent (Feb. 14-Mar. 29). Customers can order a new Island White Fish Aloha Plate or Crispy Shrimp Aloha Plate for $7. This offer is available at all Ono Hawaiian BBQ locations.

Taco Cabana this month is introducing several new items to its menu. Available through Lent until Easter are Fish Tacos, made with cod topped with a pepper-limón sauce, shredded lettuce and pico de gallo. The Chilaquiles Bowls feature tortilla strips topped with scrambled eggs and a choice of ranchero or green sauces topped with sour cream and cotija cheese.

White Castle has brought back the Shrimp Nibblers and Sriracha Shrimp Nibblers to its menu, available until Mar. 31.

Wingstop is bringing back its Hot Honey Rub for Valentine's Day. The dry rub, which mixes sweet flavors with cayenne pepper and ancho chili, can be ordered on chicken sandwiches, classic wings, boneless wings or tenders.
