Stagwell Agrees To Buy Brazil-Based Pros Agency

 

 Stagwell has agreed to acquired São Paulo, Brazil-based brand and marketing consultancy Pros Agency. Terms weren’t disclosed.  

The agency specializes in creative planning and production, influencer marketing, digial PR and other brand development capabilities.

Stagwell said the agency would be aligned with its global marketing network Allison. 

Pros has a staff of over 130 and is co-led by founder and CEO Daniela Graicar, co-CEO Fernanda Tchernobilsky and partner Alan Strozenberg. They will continue to lead the agency.  

Clients include Boticário, Amazon, Mondelez, Vibra, Porto, and Kimberly Clark. The agency reported 50% revenue growth in 2023 and is projecting growth of 20% for 2024.    

Stagwell's agency network inBrazil, Argentina,Mexico, andCentral Americaincludes Allison, Assembly, Code and Theory's Truelogic, CP+B, Ink, and Locaria.  It is led by  Vinicius Reis, president, Stagwell Brazil and CEO, Crispin Porter and Bogusky (CP+B)Brazil.   

Pros marks Stagwell's fourth acquisition in 2024 following What’s Next Partners, Sidekick and Team Epiphany. The holding company also reportedly made an offer to acquire Martin Sorrell-led S4 Capital, but talks broke off without a deal.
