Chipotle Brings Back BOGO Offer For Hockey Fans

The Stanley Cup Playoffs kick off next week, and Chipotle is again giving fans, regardless of favorite team, a little something extra.

Similar to last year’s promotion, on April 22 fans wearing their hockey jersey in restaurants after 3 P.M. local time will receive a buy-one get-one deal on all entrées in the U.S. and Canada. Favorite team not in the playoffs? Not to worry, Chipotle says -- “any hockey jersey will do” for the promotion.

“As a brand that appreciates the unmatched passion of the hockey community, we take great pride in fueling the sport's spirited fans and top athletes with our real food,” said Chris Brandt, chief brand officer at Chipotle in a release.

Chipotle announced a multiyear North American partnership in 2021 in which it became the official Mexican-themed quick service and fast-casual restaurant of the NHL, which constitutes the restaurant’s largest sports sponsorship. Through the partnership, the ice will depict the Chipotle logo during every game in the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
