Sutton will work with co-founder-CEO Sandy Greenberg to craft the award-winning agency's future. Terri & Sandy’s roster includes Princess Cruises, The Walt Disney Company, Freshpet, Nutella and BJ’s Wholesale Club.

Previously, Sutton was executive vice president, client partnerships at Curiosity. Her client list included Native, Brooks Running and Holland America Line. Before that, she spent 10 years as director of marketing for Subaru.

She headed several iconic ad campaigns, including Oreo’s “Milk’s Favorite Cookie,” Disney's “Dream Big Princess” and Gerber’s “Anything for Baby.” She met Sandy Greenberg at D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles, St Louis, and together, they created a decades-long successful partnership, which included crafting landmark ads for Clairol and Kodak.

In 2010, they launched their own agency.

“I’ve long admired Terri & Sandy for its heritage of building highly effective, impactful creative work that moves the needle for brands. Equally, I admire Terri Meyer and Sandy Greenberg as trailblazers in the advertising industry,” said Sutton. “They have paved the way for female leaders, and I’m honored to have the opportunity to help carry the torch.”
