General Electric's NBC Universal unit Monday announced an agreement to acquire iVillage for $8.50 per share, or about $600 million. As a result of the acquisition, NBC Universal said it expects to
grow its digital revenues to approximately $200 million in 2006, and projected a 20 percent growth rate going forward. Full year 2005 iVillage.com revenues grew about 20 percent over 2004, excluding
acquisitions. -- Joe Mandese
