Air America has lost a second top executive. Air America COO Carl Ginsburg, one of the architects of the left-leaning radio talk network, has resigned. No replacement has been named. Ginsburg's
resignation follows the exit of Gary Krantz, who joined the network as president in April 2005 and left in June of this year.
