Buckley Broadcasting, owner of WOR-AM in New York, has signed a multi-year agreement for Arbitron's portable people meter service when it is deployed in New York. With Buckley, Arbitron now has four
groups that have signed for PPM in the nation's top radio market, including Emmis Communications (3 stations), CBS Radio (6 stations) and Spanish Broadcasting System (2 stations), collectively
representing half the market's radio revenue.
