A U.S. District Court judge has set April 18, 2005 as a new trial date for an antitrust suit against ACNielsen (now owned by VNU), The Dun & Bradstreet Corp., and IMS International, Inc., rival
Information Resources Inc. said Tuesday. IRI is seeking between $581.6 million and $651.7 million in damages. The trial originally was set for Sept. 20, 2004, but the case was postponed when the
defense requested more time.
