Blockbuster yesterday launched a promotion that gives Netflix subscribers on-the-spot free movie rentals from Blockbuster for every Netflix rental envelope address flap they bring in to a Blockbuster
store through Dec. 21. The campaign is designed to drum up interest in Blockbuster's new Total Access program that allows online movie renters to return their DVDs in the mail or exchange them at the
store. Netflix customers must enroll in Total Access to take advantage of the offer.
