The Los Angeles Times Media Group has promoted Javier J. Aldape to general manager and editor for
Hoy-Los Angeles and vice president, audience development to serve LA's diverse communities.
Aldape will report directly to Times Publisher and CEO, David Hiller. Prior to joining
Hoy, Aldape was publisher of
Diario La Estrella, a Spanish-language newspaper published by the
Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
