Scientific American Ends Year on High Note

Scientific American's December issue featuring the "Scientific American 50" caps a second consecutive year of ad page increases for the magazine. According to Publishers Information Bureau, Scientific American is up 7% in ad pages for 2003 - 32% more than the annual total of two years ago, said Publisher Bruce Brandfon. Advertisers in the current issue include Microsoft, AMD, Hitachi, Intel, GM, GE, Nikon, Sony, Sharp and Canon.
