A week after Omnicom named former PHD North America chief Steve Grubbs head of its new Fuse Sports and Entertainment Group, Burlington, Vt.-based marketing agency Fuse LLC Wednesday said it has asked
a federal court to bar Omnicom from using the Fuse trademark.
