R/GA has upped Chris Colborn, executive vice president and worldwide creative director, to a new role as chief experience officer CXO. Previously, Colborn was responsible for providing strategic and
creative counsel to Nokia's Multimedia business group. He is now responsible for developing more clients in the London office as well as enhancing existing accounts in the United States.
