Spence Kramer has joined Wieden+Kennedy as global account director working on the Nike account. Kramer will be responsible for overseeing W+K's Nike business globally, focusing on consistent consumer
communication, brand voice, user experiences and business growth. Most recently, he served as vice president of marketing and communications for Virgin America, where he led and oversaw all marketing
and public relations activity for the domestic startup airline. He was responsible for developing strategic partnerships with clients such as Target, Burton, Method and Dwell.
