Keeping with the push to make premium content available live on-air and online, VH1 will air a concert commemorating the 10-year anniversary of Princess Diana simultaneously on several outlets.

The six-hour "Concert for Diana" will be July 1 (her birthday) from London and streamed live on VH1.com, MTV's HD channel and on a one-hour delay on VH1 sister network VH1 Classic. Later, it will be archived on VH1.com.

The concert will also be available for on-demand viewing at VH1.com following the event.

Performers include Elton John, Duran Duran, Tom Jones and P. Diddy. They will be joined by Princes William and Harry and their aunt, better known as Fergie.
