Meredith Corporation announced today that Susan Baron has been named Publisher for its American Baby Group of publications. Baron most recently held the position of Managing Director with Meredith's Integrated Marketing Group where she was responsible for custom publishing and relationship management marketing operations. Baron joined Meredith from Pluzynski and Associates, where she served since 1999 as President of one of the leading custom publishing and marketing agencies in the industry, specializing in magalogs and catalogs. Baron's publishing background includes eight years with Reader's Digest Association Publications, the last six as Group Publisher. She had P&L responsibility for RDA's $100 million Special Interest Magazine Division and spent her first two years at RDA as Publisher of American Health.
