My Wife and Kids Tops African-American Ratings

ABC sitcom My Wife and Kids was the week's most-watched program during primetime in the nation's African American households, according to data released by Nielsen Media Research. The half-hour show that airs at 8 p.m. Wednesday delivered a 13.3 rating and a projected African American audience of 1.6 million households and 2.32 million people. Cedric The Entertainer Presents (Fox) came in second with a 12 rating, 1.5 million households and 2.6 million people viewing. The rest of the top 10: One on One (UPN), 11.2; Girlfriends (UPN), 11; Fame (NBC), 10.8; Half and Half (UPN), 10.3; Bernie Mac (Fox), 10; The Parkers (UPN), 9.8; CSI (CBS), 9.4; AMW: America Fights Back (Fox), 9.2; and Law & Order (NBC), 9.2.
