Equity Media, which owns 120 TV stations and diginet Retro Television Network, may be close to bankrupcy. It's stock has plummetted to .85 cents Wednesday a share from a high of $5.20 last April.
Equity also has 19 Spanish-language networks as well as operating five My Network Television affils.
