Horizon Media has named former Carat executive Tom Meyer as vice president, channel insights for the Los Angeles office. He will report to Eric Blankfein, senior vice president, director of channel
insights for curious@horizon. Meyer, a 21-year vet of Carat USA, was formerly the agency's vice president, associate research director overseeing all research.
