Talks between the studios and the Screen Actors Guild have stalled. The issue is whether actors must OK using parts of their film and TV work online, and how much compensation they should receive.
Studios want to distribute clips--ala YouTube-style--for free, offering a flat fee for usage. The union opposes the decision.
