Baron Davis, Li-Ning Ink Partnership

The Los Angeles Clippers player will have an active role in branding and product development with the Chinese sportswear company.

Li-Ning is developing a series of "Baron Davis-inspired" athletic gear, and Davis will also travel to China in the off-season to promote the new products. The endorsement with Davis will mark another important step toward the continued international expansion of the brand.

Li-Ning's product line includes footwear, apparel and accessories for sport and leisure, which are primarily sold under its own Li-Ning label. The company was founded by Chinese gymnast Li Ning, who won three gold medals, two silver medals and one bronze medal at the Los Angeles Games in 1984. --Karl Greenberg
