Christina Cooksey is SVP, Creative Product for digitally-led creative agency, Deep Focus, where she runs the integrated creative and production practice for the agency. Day-to-day she manages Deep Focus’ diversely talented creative team with skill sets ranging from art direction, copywriting, videography, photography, design, editorial and production. During her tenure with Deep Focus she has focused on building their maker capabilities through the Moment Studio - named Digiday’s 2017 Best Content Agency. She has also developed a product–led approach to creative, paired with progressive production techniques that result in stunning content and brand impact for clients. Christina’s career experience spans a full range of marketing disciplines including brand advertising, promotions, partnerships, sponsorships, digital/social content, events execution and shopper marketing. She has worked with brands including Pepsi, Frito-Lay, Nestle, Unilever, Hasbro and properties/franchises including NBA, MLB, NFL, Star Wars and Marvel.

Some industry watchers think influencer marketing needs a dramatic rethink, away from social media stars that deliver massive reach towards smaller micro-influencers, claiming the Web’s biggest stars are now just as inaccessible to regular people as Hollywood celebrities, making them (ironically) less influential. Is there really an inverse relationship between reach and accessibility when it comes to celebrity in America, and is that something you can measure?
