As Chief Product Officer, Thomas currently heads up the work and solutions offerings of the media discipline at RPA.  He leads efforts to transform clients’ business (in media but also organization wide) through thought leadership, championing digital innovation and technology, evolving the application of data, the advancement of analytics, and fostering key business partnerships. He is also a firm believer that the right organizational structure, processes, and operational excellence are critical to success, which are other key areas of responsibility at RPA.

Thomas brings over 20 years of experience working on brands across multiple categories such as automotive, telecommunications, CPG, and financial services.  His client portfolio – past and present - includes Honda, Acura, Nissan, Infiniti, and Verizon Wireless. His teams have produced several market firsts, received industry recognition, and most important, consistently produced business results.  Prior to RPA, Thomas spent time at Mediavest/Spark, OMD, and Moxie. 

He is a proud graduate of The University of Texas and resides in Orange County, CA with his wife and three kids.
