Guen provides leadership and expertise across analytics and data strategy. He focuses on delivering actionable analytics that help clients better understand their audiences, optimize marketing spend, exceed business goals, and accelerate future successes. Guen works across Noble People’s range of clients, among them: Honest Tea, Slack, Venmo, PayPal, Boulder Brands and Glossier.
Prior to joining Noble People, he was Vice President Audience Insights, Business Analytics, and Data Management Platform (DMP) Lead for IPG Mediabrands Worldwide where he built an advanced analytics practice and provided Analytics, Data and DMP consulting to over 25 clients across Universal McCann (UM), Initiative, and Cadreon teams in the following verticals: CPG, Auto, Ecommerce, Retail, Financial Services, Travel, Theme Parks, and Pharmaceutical.
Before moving agency-side, most of his career was client-side with Disney as Vice President, Analytics Insights for Walt Disney Studios and Director, Analytics for Disney Parks and Resorts Online. He also held leadership positions across retail and start up sectors in Analytics, Planning, Digital Marketing, Loyalty Marketing, and Consumer Insights.

If identity graphs and ID matching can really bring buyers and sellers to the 1:1 Promised Land, and programmatic systems and machine learning can test, predict and optimize campaigns against identified segments at scale, then the future surely belongs to cross-channel marketing…right? But when you pair first-party, people-based identity data with second and third party programmatic technology does that necessarily empower and enable cross-channel data to flow freely?
