Position
The Digital Media Manager position requires an in-depth knowledge of the digital landscape and the ability to execute and manage the agency’s direct, network and programmatic campaigns. The Digital Media Manager will report to the Director of Media Services and will support the entire media team. Primary functions of this digital ad operations position include:
- Execution of programmatic, direct, network and paid social digital campaigns
- Programmatic efforts to include:Ongoing program optimization
- CRM initiatives
- Geofencing/geo-framing
- Data-driving campaigns
- Retargeting
- Connected TV (CTV)
- UTM coding
- Collection of data
- Development and presentation of digital analytics
- Digital creative trafficking (site-direct and Google Campaign Manager)
- Continuing education and dissemination of digital trends to agency staff
- Regular meeting with ad tech vendors
- Support for new business efforts
- Support for agency digital marketing and social media efforts
Requirements
- 3+ years of digital ad ops experience
- Organized and extremely detailed workstyle
- Understanding of digital opportunities and trends
- Passion for, and keen understanding of, digital media including programmatic, direct,
paid social, SEM/Search - Confidence interpreting syndicated and primary research
- Strong written and client presentation skills
- Strong work ethic --- accountability and customer service
- Strong computer skills – Programmatic DSP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite
Compensation
- Salary range based on experience
- Individual health, dental and Simple IRA program (3% matching)
- Profit-sharing model after 2-years of full-time employment
