CBS Plus Changes Name, Offers More Ad Opportunities

CBS Plus has formally changed its name to Viacom Plus. The new Viacom Plus will offer clients the opportunity to advertise and promote across the full range of Viacom properties, including those within CBS and Infinity, as well as MTV Networks, Paramount, Blockbuster and Simon & Schuster, among others. CBS Plus, officially launched Nov. 5, 1998, has developed and executed media and marketing programs with DaimlerChrysler, Johnson & Johnson, Glaxo, Fidelity Investments, Taylor Made, Datek and others. Viacom Plus offers advertisers sales and marketing partnerships with the following entities: The CBS Television Network, MTV Networks, King World Productions, Inc., The Paramount Television Group, The CBS Television Stations Division, UPN, Showtime, Infinity Radio, Infinity Outdoor, TDI Worldwide, Inc., Westwood One, Paramount Pictures, Blockbuster, The MTVi Group, The CBS Internet Group, Nickelodeon Online, Simon & Schuster, and Paramount Parks.
