Former Soundgarden and AudioSlave frontman Chris Cornell will release his latest song, "Stop Me," to Verizon Wireless customers through an exclusive download on Saturday after debuting the song at an
invitation-only performance Friday night.
The song is part of a collaborative arrangement the company has created with super-producer Timbaland, which makes songs for free for a limited time
for Verizon BlackBerry Storm users.
"It's cool to be a part of the Verizon program because it can offer genuinely innovative ways of getting new music out to fans," said Cornell in a statement.
