MSNBC Secures Rights to DiscoverWhy's Online Research Technology

MSNBC and DiscoverWhy Inc. jointly announced an association that provides MSNBC with exclusive broadcast television rights to DiscoverWhy's patented online research methodology for the upcoming Bush-Gore presidential debates.

DiscoverWhy will provide post-debate analysis on MSNBC'S Decision 2000 debate coverage, utilizing its proprietary Internet-based market research technology to capture the moment-by-moment feedback of the Bush-Gore debate.

A nationwide sample of 750 voting-age citizens, recruited jointly by DiscoverWhy and Juno Online Services will be watching and rating their reactions to the candidates in real time while online. Juno is the nation's third-largest provider of dial-up Internet Services.
