Adapt Media, Inc., a provider of wireless Internet Outdoor Advertising (IOA) platforms, announced today the release of ad|runner, the first mobile outdoor media platform designed to deliver dynamic
real-time, geo-targeted advertising.
ad|runner, allows the advertiser to deliver ads over the Internet, via wireless networks, utilizing embedded GPS and state-of-the-art cellular communication.
The ad|runner platform is scalable and can deliver thousands of advertising campaigns to thousands of electronic displays (e.g. LED, LCD, Plasma) within minutes, with a geographical accuracy of a few
feet and a time accuracy of a few seconds. Advertisers can instantly update their campaigns via the Internet and will also receive real-time performance reports and billing information. The detailed
reports include information such as actual display time, duration and location.
"Advertisers can easily determine the ROI of their outdoor advertising efforts and they can instantly optimize
their campaigns using the Internet," said Baruch Katz, Adapt Media's Director of Marketing.
The company is introducing the release of ad|runner(tm) at the ITLA (International Taxi and Livery
Association) show in Las Vegas on October 2-4, 2000, where the live service will be demonstrated on a Yellow Cab.
