Executive Help Services, Inc announced on Feb. 6 that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of AdZone Interactive, Inc. of Long Island, New York. EHSV intends to
change its name to AdZone Research. Charles Cardona and John Cardona will continue in their current positions as CEO and President of the merged company. AdZone Interactive, Inc. is a global Internet
advertising research firm that monitors individual websites and produces online reports. They have a subscription-based online application for accessing data in a variety of customizable report
formats.
