CHRIS HICKEY has been named VP of Technology Sales for AdMonitor Technology Sales at L90. Hickey joins L90 from AdFlight, an online advertising marketplace, where he was the VP of Sales.

STEPHEN C. WAKEEN and LYNN SALANT have recently joined Targetnet, a multi-platform advertising enabler. Wakeen has been named President of Targetnet. Most recently, Wakeen was the Executive VP and General Manager of Emmerling Post Advertising. Salant moves into the position of Sr. Marketing Manager, where she will guide and oversee all U.S. marketing and publicity initiatives.

LARRY K. SANDERS has been promoted from Publisher of accessmagazine.com to President at Access Media Interactive.

KEN GERBETZ and MATT KENSLEA have recently joined WWWhoosh Inc. Gerbetz has become VP of Marketing and Kenslea was named VP of Sales.

Shira Berk has been named VP of Media Relations for ClickRadio. She joins ClickRadio from Wenner Media's Rolling Stone magazine, where she worked since 1997 in various public relations and communications roles, most recently as publicity director.

MICHAEL D. MOORE, former chairman and CEO of MediaVest Worldwide (now Starcom MediaVest Group) and longtime Executive VP / Worldwide Media Director at D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles, has joined the Board of Directors of eMadison, Inc.

MANIJEH MOGHIS has joined Wireless Online Inc. as VP of Marketing. Most recently, Moghis held the position of vice president of marketing and product management for Parigon Communications, Inc.

MARK A. CLEVELAND is the newly appointed Executive VP of Sales and Marketing at Truckload Management, Inc. Cleveland joins TMI from PNV, where he served as VP of Strategic Business Development and Fleet Sales.

TERRY T. PUSTER has been named Sr. VP, Marketing Director for CompuBank. Most recently he served as Sr. VP, Marketing Director at One Valley Bancorp.

BERTRAM W. RANKIN is the newly appointed VP of Marketing at NetManage. Prior to joining NetManage, Rankin was general manager for Ricoh Silicon Valley , a division of Ricoh Company Ltd., where he was responsible for all operational activities.

MARGARET TAYLOR CEO of Venture Builders, a startup consulting company based in Incline Village, Nevada, has been appointed to the e2 Communications Advisory Board.
