Regent Communications To Sell Three Radio Stations

Regent Communications has entered into a definitive agreement to sell three of its California radio stations (KTPI-FM and KVOY-AM licensed to Mojave and Tehachapi, and KOSS-FM licensed to Rosamond) to Concord Media Group, Inc. for approximately $13.5 million. The transaction is subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Regent anticipates closing this transaction in 2001 following regulatory approvals.
