It looks like Rupert Murdoch plans to use the UK's
Sunday Times as a guinea pig for his drastic new strategy -- announced Thursday -- to charge fees for access to every piece of content he
controls online. The newspaper's site will be launched as a standalone, Sundaytimes.co.uk, by the end of November. Whether News International, the subsidiary that controls Murdoch's stable of British
papers, will introduce a subscription model or charge for each visit is still unclear.
