PowerAdz.com, a provider of Internet products and services to newspapers, announced that since January 1st, 103 new newspapers have selected Zwire!, its online publishing and business solution, to
publish their online editions.
With the additions, the Zwire! Network now delivers local and network news, entertainment and advertising to online readers of more than 1,600 newspapers across the
U.S.
La Raza Newspaper, a Spanish-language weekly in Chicago and its suburbs is one of the new affiliates. La Raza, with a circulation of 150,000 is the third largest newspaper in Chicago, and
marks the first time Zwire! has been localized in a non-English language.
Pennsylvania-based Times Shamrock Communications, which publishes 25 newspapers including the Scranton (PA) Times Tribune,
is also a new PowerAdz affiliate. Times Shamrock will use Zwire! to feature its local news, community information and advertisers and to standardize the appearance and management of its sites.
