Playboy Ad Pages Up

Playboy magazine announced increased ad pages and more than a half-million dollars in revenue for the first six months of 2001 over the same six month period last year. This growth is due to, in part, Playboy welcoming 27 new accounts to its roster, including Hugo Boss, Evian, Toyota, Nintendo, Nivea for Men, Aramis/Surface, and Audiovox among others. According to the most recent ABC audit statement, Playboy's overall U.S. circulation leads the men's magazine category with over 3.2 million.
