FCC May Force Broadcasters To Maintain Recordings

The Federal Communications Commission Wednesday proposed new rules that would require TV and radio broadcasters to maintain recordings of all content they air between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m., when children are most likely to be watching or listening. The new rules are part of a push by regulators to tighten so-called "broadcast indecency" policies.
