The Knot has teamed up with LIFETIME Entertainment Services to offer the cable network's viewing brides access to wedding-planning
information, including advice from wedding expert Carley Roney, editor-in-chief of The Knot, and the opportunity to win a honeymoon of a lifetime in the "Weddings of a Lifetime" Sweepstakes.
Throughout the summer, LIFETIME viewers on the hunt for wedding-related information can log on to Lifetimetv.com for Roney's wedding-related advice.
Visitors will also have access to The Knot's interactive wedding-planning tools, including the popular Wedding Gown Search. Roney will also provide wedding etiquette advice to two LIFETIME couples
currently planning their weddings and offer her advice on a variety of real-world etiquette issues.
Until June 31, 2001, The Knot will also promote Lifetime's "Weddings of a Lifetime " Sweepstakes
-- with a grand prize of a six-day transatlantic Cunard Line luxury cruise for two onboard the Queen Elizabeth 2 -- to its audience of over 1.6 million to-be-weds on The Knot site and in The Knot
newsletters. In addition, LIFETIME will promote The Knot through on-air promos on LifetimeTV.com, and through LIFETIME's partnership with Rhino, a nationwide radio promotion and placement on the cover
of their upcoming "Weddings of a Lifetime" CD.
