Forbes Media has reached an agreement to sell its building on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan to New York University, reports
The New York Times. Terms were not released, but Forbes will continue to
occupy the building under a five-year lease-back arrangement. Selling the building is a move to up liquidity as the company endures rough economic times and a pullback in ad spending.
