Gracia Martore, the EVP and CFO of the Gannett Co., has been promoted to president and COO and continues to report to Craig Dubow, chairman and CEO. Dubow will relinquish the title of president.
Before joining Gannett in 1985 as assistant treasurer, she worked for 12 years in the banking industry.
