get the Nick network were watching it. The "Rugrats" special was the highest-rated children's show in cable television history and the top-rated show ever on Nickelodeon. The 12 million people who
watched dwarfed anything on network television that night. "Big Brother II" on CBS, for example, drew 5.1 million viewers.
