Dallas-based Pizza Hut has awarded a $150 million national planning assignment to WPP Group's The Media Edge North America. TME already has national buying duties for the TRICON Global Restaurants,
which in addition to Pizza Hut, includes KFC and Taco Bell, all of which were spun off from PepsiCo and sold to TRICON in 1997. Pizza Hut did not hold a review before awarding the account. Creative
