PAX TV Using Coupons to Promote Fall Lineup

PAX TV has partnered with Cox Target Media, provider of Val-Pak network products, to promote the family-friendly entertainment network's new fall lineup and its watch-to-win sweepstakes.

PAX TV, which is premiering "The Ponderosa" (a prequel to the beloved TV series "Bonanza"), "Forbidden Secrets" hosted by Lee Majors, "Ed McMahon's Next Big Star" and a new edition of "Candid Camera" beginning the week of Sept. 9, will be mailing a promotional flyer in all U.S. Val-Pak envelopes through Sept. 19, 2001.

Promotional announcements will direct viewers to open their Val-Pak envelope for an official PAX Program Guide and chances to win a $10,000 flat screen television. Val-Pak also will receive exposure in First For Women magazine, on tv.yahoo.com, on www.pax.tv, and in a direct email campaign to PAX Family Club members.

Val-Pak reportedly over 15 billion ads annually in over 500 million envelopes to more than 50 million households across the U.S.
