Starcom MediaVest Group (SMG) is combining the network's North American direct response media capabilities through the launch of Halogen, a new subsidiary of the media services company. With billings of $180 million, 15 employees, and an independent management structure, Halogen will provide its client partners with integrated media planning, execution and analysis within the direct response industry. The agency will have offices in New York, Chicago, and Toronto.
