Nielsen Media Research has officially placed set-meters in the Richmond, VA, and Dayton, OH television markets. This expands overnight-metered measurement into 53 local markets, covering 68% of all U.S. TV households. There are now approximately 71.7 million TV households in those 53 markets. -- Adam Bernard
