Online advertising company Doubleclick Inc. said yesterday that under their agreement to acquire MessageMedia Inc., which was announced in June, it will issue 1 million common shares and provide $1.5
million in bridge financing to MessageMedia. The companies expect the dealto close in the fourth-quarter of 2001. MessageMedia is a direct marketing company focused on email and online messaging.
