Aurora Communications, LLC, a radio operator serving the suburbs north of New York City, has made an equity investment in
American Town Network, a group of
community-based, interactive websites devoted to simplifying life in towns across the country. ATN will use the equity stake from Aurora to purchase advertising time on Aurora's 18 station regional
radio group, Kelly said. ATN plans to use the airtime to launch a major consumer ad campaign starting in mid-November.
