Competitive Media Reporting (CMR) announced yesterday an agreement with Mediamark Research Inc. (MRI) to deliver MRI's demographic data through CMR's Stradegy2 and Target2 ad-tracking
applications.
According to the announcement, current MRI clients can connect MRI demographic data with CMR's advertising occurrence information. This will allow for the calculation of impressions,
GRPs, CPPs and CPMs by demographic. Additionally, this CMR/MRI data link will provide a single-source format for buyers and sellers of print advertising to view magazine schedules in conjunction with
CMR's occurrence, expenditure and creative information as well as MRI's demographic delivery data.
