Bon Appetit as editor in chief, reports
WWD. He replaces Barbara Fairchild, who decided not to move with the magazine from LA to
New York. The food pub also lost its publisher, Carol Smith, who had headed Conde Nast's food group. She was replaced by Bill Wackermann.
