ValueClick Inc. on Wednesday repurchased all of the shares - 7.9 million of them - that had been held by DoubleClick Inc., formerly its largest shareholder, and said it would increase its stock
repurchase program by $25 million. Both companies said the transaction took place on Nov. 15 and declined to comment on its terms.
