Time Inc.'s Parenting Group has tapped agency veteran Nancy Hallberg as group vice president, marketing. In her new role, she will oversee brand-building and strategic planning for the organization,
which includes Parenting magazine and its web site, BabyTalk, Healthy Pregnancy, a custom publishing arm and the First Moments sampling program. Hallberg arrives from Euro RSCG Brann, where she was an
executive vice president. Before that, she served stints at Young & Rubicam and Yankelovich Partners.
